I have always wanted to fast, now(March 14, 2007) is the time!
I am a 22 year old white male, born and raised on Maui, Hawaii. I currenly am working for a Navy contractor helping their HRO office with some of their technology problems.
I would say it is best to start at my “goals” page and move forward through time. There should be a link(the title of the next post) to next and previous posts at the bottom of each page
